Central Administrative Tribunals

It has benches across India, with its Principal Bench in New Delhi. CAT ensures speedy justice for issues like promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions, reducing the burden on traditional courts. Members include judicial and administrative experts, and its decisions can be challenged only in High Courts or the Supreme Court.
