RERA Tribunal

The RERA Tribunal, established under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, is a specialized appellate body to address disputes related to real estate projects. It hears appeals against decisions made by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) or the Adjudicating Officer under the Act. The tribunal ensures that developers, buyers, and agents comply with legal standards, promoting transparency and accountability in the real estate sector.

The RERA Tribunal resolves issues like project delays, non-fulfillment of agreements, and unfair trade practices. Its decisions are binding, and parties dissatisfied with its rulings can appeal to the High Court.
